SUGAR ADDICTION – AN ANECDOTE FROM THE NBA
Think of sweet things that are loaded with sugar as addictive drugs that do harm to your body, in multiple body systems, most obviously your blood vessels. Almost like smoking, alcohol or maybe something harder like heroin… perhaps you will need to wean yourself off it in a similar way.
Get back to nature. Keep it simple. Cut out sugars, cut out additives, eat as natural as you can, like our bodies were designed to in the wild.
